Quarter of the Way
Previously, I mentioned that I wanted to become healthier. My goal has been to lose 80 pounds over a years time. Yesterday I crossed over the 20 pounds mark for weight lose. I am now a quarter of the way to my goal. I accomplished this in 80 days so if I can keep the rate going I should be down 90 pounds in a years time.
The thing that I’m most proud about in accomplishing this, is that I have not been dieting. Instead, I’ve been making healthier lifestyle choices. I walk for 2 hours a day on the treadmill while I’m working. I drink a lot more water instead of coffee or pop (soda). I’ve decreased my portion sizes and I eat a lot more fruit than I ever use to. That has pretty much cut 1,000 calories out of my daily intake.
