Hi, My name is Richard Klein and this is my blog about nothing.

This blog is a place to write about things I find interesting, mainly tech related news and information. “A blog about nothing” was created to provide a place my family can go to stay informed on what is going on in my life, and it is still the main purpose of this site.

I am a Senior Software Engineer at WebFilings. I started at WebFilings in April of 2010. Prior to that, I worked at AOL on it’s Propeller site and Netscape Browser. I was hunted to work at AOL based on the Firefox extension work that I have done. I originally came from a manufacturing/logistics background. I worked for Tones spices, the worlds largest spice manufacturing and distribution facility, for about 10 years. I recently started my own company, Web Tech Studios, that is for the work I do in my spare time.

I married my wonderful wife, Rachel, in September of 1998. We have three wonderful boys. Working from home has given me the opportunity to be involved in raising them.
