KwiClick integrates different web providers within the browser. It provides immediate results for Google, YouTube, FriendFeed, Google Maps, Flickr, Wikipedia, Amazon, Technorati, and del.icio.us. KwiClick adds another dimension to the browser by extracting and presenting content within an innovative contextual window. What makes this extension so cool is how we detect embed content from Flickr, YouTube, and Google Maps and add actions within the browser content to be able to get more information about the objects. It is kind of hard to describe, but lucky there are some great pictures that help demonstrate.

This extension is marked as experimental so we need everyone to download it, try it out, and write a review of it. The more reviews we have the easier it is to get it moved out of the experimental sandbox.

So now I’m stuck with the question of how to get this implementation done. Do I try and figure out how to get the panel animated and resizable or do I try to work around the Windows bug that is causing the iframe to not be displayed?

These are the kind of issues that sometimes make working with XUL a real pain. Do you have any suggestion on how to get this working? Do you have similar pains that I may be able to help with?
