Hitting the Wall

I’ve had pretty continuous weight loss over the past couple of months. I’ve been averaging a little under 3 pounds a week until 2 weeks ago. I’ve now hit a wall and have only lost a pound in the last two weeks. Anyone have any ideas on how to push past this and accelerate my weight loss again?
