Propeller anchors Alexia Pritchard and James Marcus are covering the Republican National Convention. They have gotten some great video of peoples reactions to Sarah Palin’s speech last night. You can discuss the story over on Propeller.
I was surfing the other day and ran across this video where the person took Alice in Wonderland and mixed it into a kind of trance song. I can’t get the song out of my head now.

Continuing on my remix series, here is Sad Kermit covering “Needle in the Hay”. I can’t decide if I like this one better than Hurt or Creep. It seems like the production value is much better.

David Cohn interviewed Ryan Budke last night. Both guys are members of the scout team at Propeller. The interview gives you some insight into who the people behind propeller are and what we’ve been up to. I think the video is well worth the watch.
I’ve found that to pass the time, I really enjoy mashups of unlikely things. It could be Accoustic Gangsta Rap, Slipknot Labamba, or Scary ‘Mary Poppins’ Trailer. There is just something inherently entertaining about these mashups and remixes. My all time favorite has got to be the ‘Muppet Death Metal Speical’.

Slipknot is a pretty hardcore metal band. This video is a great mashup of them doing Labamba. Since the band is originally from Iowa, you would think someone could have them doing the Interstate 80 song.
